Getting a Girlfriend
In Fall, go behind the Resturant/Bar (just around the door that leads to Katie's room, and grab the Full Moon Berry there (it regenerates at random from 2-4 days after you pick it). Give it to the girl you like the most. Keep this up until she loves you a lot!

How to get the Horse you want
Go to work at the Browny Farm every time you get a chance (every day except Thursday or when it is raining) and brush all the horses of course, so you will get alot of money and do your job. But the one you want, brush it first and talk to it. If you do your job faithfully, you should have your horse by summer the first and the one that you like the most will be brought to you. And to speed it up, give sweets and gifts to the dude at the farm. If you do not work enough or do not do it good, the date you get your horse could be fall 1st or later! So if you want a horse, just dedicate a few hours of your day to working. But do not forget, brush the cow and milk it too.

How to get Money the easy way
First you must have a kitchen and a cow (better if more than one) and your cow/s should have L milk. Cook the L milk in the pot (it will be cheese) and sell it in the supermarket uutside your farm. If you sell one you will get 500g but if more than two you will get more than 1000g.

How to get Golden milk
Leave your cow outside for three days when 0% sunny.

15 Dollar Chickens
Go to the market just outside your farm and buy up to six eggs. Then, go back to the farm and to the chicken coop. Put one egg in the incubater and it will hatch.

How to Get the Dog
When you begin the game, you'll notice several stray dogs wandering around. If you approach them, they'll run away. To woo a dog to your yard, keep putting food in his bowl. Anything will do: grass, eggs, berries. When you place these foods in the bowl, they immediately turn into doggie mush. After a while, you will notice the dog appearing at your farm more and more. Keep trying to pick up the dog (X). At some point, he will let you pick him up, and he will be yours!

Horse
To get the horse, you'll have to visit Bob's farm quite a bit. Do part-time work taking care of his horses and cows and give him lots of presents. Eventually, after a solid chunk of work (a season or more), he'll bring a horse to you.

How to Train Your Dog
Once you get a dog to stay on your farm, you'll have to train him. To do so, use the following button presses in order to get him to do what you wish:

Sit: Up, Left, Down.
Down: Up, Down, Down.
Heel: Left, Right, Right.
Drive animals: Right, Left, Right.
Jump: Left, Up, Right.
Sit up: Down, Up, Up.

To get the Power Berries scattered around the land, look in these places:

In your pasture.
Visit the Harvest Goddess.
Visit the Harvest Sprites.
Go fishing.
Trigger the "Sacred Land" event.
