Heidi Shadows
There is a ninja called Heidi Shadows and she sells smoothies. But these smoothies are special, some give you skill points others give you cash. To find Heidi go to the carnival between 2am and 3am and go up to the top. She is sometimes there or if you miss her go to the tunnel in the jail at 6am. The smoothies cost 999 simoleons so start saving! Just for an extra tip, the rosebud smoothie gives you 2000 simoleons and the Da Vinci smoothie gives you a creativity skill!
Mission 3 Tip
In mission 3 before you get to the end you should call everybody and invite them over keep inviting them over to get more stuff.
